Our Colie girl turned 10 yesterday! She is growing up so fast, it's hard to believe. She celebrated the day with a roller skating birthday party. Since it was just a little too soon for me or Claire to leave the house Matt jumped in and took over the party! He did a great job and the kids loved him. I think that the 2 boys who were at the party were especially glad he was there since they were outnumbered 2 to 5! They all had a ball and Nicole came home happy. She got lots of fun presents and even a POCKET KNIFE from Matt! (It was a true Christmas Story moment...Matt telling a very concerned Nancy, "I had one when I was her age.") Her big gift is horseback riding lessons that start on Tuesday. She's very excited. We love our girl!!

I wish you could have seen the look on Cooper's face when he got off the phone with Nicole and announced that she got a pocket knife. Classic! Glad she had a great day. We love you, Nicole! Oh, and great haircut on Paige!!
