This fall, Paige took dance for the first time. It's a dance group organized by some moms here in our little town. They decided they were sick of skimpy costumes and too much make-up and sky-high fees, so they took matters into their own hands, hiring a college student to teach dance out of our homes. Paige's group danced in our basement every Monday night for three months. Her recital was in December and she had so much fun!

She was only 1 of 3 in her class who passed off "splits" and were recognized at the recital.

She's so cute and obviously talented, too. What a fun time!
I'm sure a program like this does a great deal to give a young girl poise and confidence, two things Paige seems to have in spades.
